Junk Removal Driver Position Available In Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our junk removal team as a General Laborer and Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, loading and unloading unwanted items, and ensuring a clean and professional experience for our clients.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner
• Load, sort, and remove junk and debris from residential and commercial properties
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with donation drop-offs and recycling efforts
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and tools

• Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in general labor, moving, or junk removal is a plus
• Must be punctual, dependable, and respectful

• Work Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible hours, including weekends as needed
