Landscape Team Member/Driver Torrison Garden LLC Durham, CT 06422 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Member/Driver to join our landscaping crew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the ability to operate various tools and equipment necessary for maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in garden and lawn care. Duties Safely drive company vehicles to transport team members and equipment to job sites. Assist in various landscaping tasks including landscape installations, delivering materials, and landscape maintenance Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and high standards of quality are met on all landscaping projects. Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, vendors, and customers Follow safety protocols while on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or is preferred but not required Ability to drive a truck with a trailer Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. A valid driver’s license is required; experience driving larger vehicles is a plus.
