Position Summary:

The Rear Load Driver is responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on commercial and/or residential routes. This position is responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and with Company policies.

Your Role:

Driving safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes accurately and on time. Dump containers manually and/or using a rear lift mechanism. Empty vehicle at the disposal site Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings. Assist other drivers with routes when directed. Pre and post-trip inspection and report Complete route paperwork Work all assigned shifts from the scheduled start time to the scheduled end time. Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace. Report complaints and concerns from customers to dispatch professionally. Report concerns with the problem professional stops at Dispatch. Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards. Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
