Position Summary:

The Utility Sweeper operates specialized equipment to clean and maintain streets, parking lots, and other public areas. The Sweeper also supports the delivery and pick-up of parts, totes, and other various equipment.

Your Role:

Operates and maintains street cleaning equipment, including but not limited to checking fluid, air pressures, hydraulic systems, and performing preventive maintenance. Ensure efficient and timely cleaning of assigned routes and schedules Respond to emergency clean-ups. Maintain records and reports of sweeping operations. Facilitate delivery, pick up, and other inventory-related items. Keeping areas clean of loose debris. Wash all parts of the truck, totes, and other various equipment. Facilitate and assist with the physical movement of inventory. Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards. Adapt to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Requirements :

Commercial Driver’s License B (CDL). Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B with an air brake endorsement is a plus. The CDL is a requirement; therefore, an applicant must be 21. Acceptable driving record required. Complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.
