Job Description:

Qualifications:
Valid Class B CDL preferred with a clean driving record
Non-CDL is likely acceptable
High school diploma or GED preferred
1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading
Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience with electronic logs or delivery routing systems
Background in transportation, logistics, or delivery is a plus
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 26′ box truck in compliance with DOT regulations
Load, transport, and unload cargo or passengers as assigned on short local routes
Touch-freight role
Perform pre
- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation
Follow route schedules and communicate with dispatch as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
