Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and tractor-trailers, to transport goods and materials
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality

Skills:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving various types of vehicles, such as vans, box trucks, or tractor-trailers
• Proficiency in operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes for efficient navigation
