In this role, you will oversee and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work while leading a team of landscapers. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping will be essential in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscaping. Duties Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various landscaping tasks including lawn care, garden maintenance, and tree care. Plan and execute landscape maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Train team members on best practices for landscape installation, maintenance, and safety protocols. Oversee the operation of landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Perform hands-on work as needed, including planting, irrigating, and building landscape features. Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized. Experience Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on leadership roles. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, irrigation systems, and tree care. Experience in supervising teams and managing projects effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
