The Landscape Supervisor will supervise a team of landscapers, manage daily operations, and ensure that all landscaping work aligns with client expectations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including tree care, lawn care, and garden maintenance. Build and maintain various landscape features, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management. Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Train and mentor team members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure efficient operations.
