Full-Time & Part-Time We are hiring compassionate, safety-minded individuals to serve as Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers with wheelchair transport specialization. This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by providing reliable and respectful transportation to those in need. As a professional NEMT Driver, you’ll safely transport passengers to and from healthcare appointments and other destinations, while upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism, and customer service. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges travel comfortably and safely. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation to passengers Assist passengers boarding/exiting vehicles and securing wheelchairs or stretchers Follow dispatch instructions via tablet/iPad (training provided) Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and respect at all times Maintain vehicle cleanliness and uphold company dress/hygiene standards Comply with all safety, HIPAA, and transportation guidelines Qualifications & Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license (Florida preferred or willing to obtain) Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years) No history of violent/sexual felonies or financial crimes

Must Pass:

10-panel drug screen (includes marijuana) FBI fingerprint and state background check Pre-hire road test Comfortable lifting and assisting up to 50 lbs Preferred but

Not Required:

CPR Certification (can be provided) PASS Certification (company can arrange training) Stretcher/Wheelchair securement training DOT Physical (provided post-offer) Proof of vaccinations (preferred based on regional guidelines) Ideal Candidate Age 25-65 (required for insurance) 2+ years of driving experience Tech-comfortable (iPad/dispatch app training provided) Excellent communication and people skills Calm, patient, and reliable under pressure Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, military, or caregiving is a plus Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
