The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and tree trimming, along with the ability to lead and motivate a crew. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards in all projects. Your expertise in GIS, bucket truck operation, and landscaping will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety regulations. Perform tree trimming, landscape maintenance, and lawn care tasks as needed. Train crew members on proper techniques for gardening, rigging, and equipment operation. Maintain communication with management regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree trimming, or related fields is required. Experience operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
