What You’ll Do:

Ride along our daily residential and commercial waste routes on a garbage truck. Collect and load household trash into the truck with speed and safety — this is non-stop physical work all day. Safely navigate neighborhoods and work with your driver to complete routes efficiently. Keep the truck clean and tidy during and after your shift. Report any issues with bins, routes, or equipment to your supervisor. Represent Flash Trash with pride — you’re the face of our brand in the community.

What We’re Looking For:

Physical strength and endurance — this is a fast-paced job that requires lifting, running, and staying sharp. A strong work ethic and great attitude — no complainers, just team players. Punctuality — we start early and expect everyone to be ready to roll. Prior waste collection or delivery experience is a bonus, but not required.
