Must have clean background, Hazmat , Twic, passport would be useful but not required we have occasional loads that go to Alaska , and Canada . Must be professional and reliable As a lot of our customers are DATA center , government , and aviation freight super specialized . Oversized experience preferred but not required to start . But it is required to haul oversized as you are trained with us. We some local stuff occasionally but not all the time Stepdeck and RGN Percentage based pay 1099 Pretty good Home time program Driver owned company sign on bonus depending on your experience Option to self dispatch after 1 year looking for someone to stay at least 3-6 months Opportunities to do Heavy Haul In the future
