Safely and humanely trap, and remove nuisance wildlife. Repair and seal entry points to prevent future intrusion. Install exclusion devices, barriers, and other prevention materials. Climbing ladders of various heights with safety equipment and materials. Able to safely traverse rooftops and tight spaces alike. Provide detailed reports and communicate recommendations to customers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal wildlife laws and regulations. Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external. Maintain accurate records of service completed through use of a SMART device. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Conduct follow-up visits to solve problems and ensure resolution. Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will:
Enjoy working outdoors Not have a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc. Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing, and walking. Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs Be willing and able to crawl through crawl spaces and attics. Strong problem solving skills Have excellent listening and communication skills Be competent with the use of new technology. Be organized and able to manage their own daily route.
Required:
