What You’ll Do Own the full-cycle recruiting process for professional drivers. Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls to source, screen, and secure qualified talent. Hit company hiring goals to support truck count and operational success. Clearly communicate company offerings, including pay, benefits, equipment, and route details. Stay up to date on DOT regulations and Ascend’s driver qualification standards. Build relationships through strong communication, persistence, and professionalism. Collaborate with your team to continuously improve recruiting performance and candidate experience. Represent and model Ascend’s core values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, and Fun.
