The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license with a good and clean driving record. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform installations of temporary fence at construction and event sites. Load and unload assigned truck with forklift for assigned job of the day. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity on project requirements and timelines. Manage freight logistics, including loading and unloading materials from trucks or warehouses when available. Conduct pre-installation assessments to determine site conditions and requirements. Utilize heavy equipment operation skills when necessary for installations or moving materials. Serve as a yard jockey when required, sorting materials and assisting with gates. Occasional out of town with overnight stays required, hotel and food paid. Qualifications Drivers license and clean driving record are required, driving is 85% of the job. Proven experience with installations are preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to installation processes.
