Full Job Description Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Furniture Mover to support our home staging operations. This hands-on role is responsible for the safe transportation, loading, unloading, and setup of furniture and décor between our warehouse and staging locations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, and takes pride in handling high-end furnishings with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport furniture and staging materials between the warehouse and client homes.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring items are secure and damage-free.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure readiness and safety.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper weight distribution and secure items in transit to prevent shifting or damage.
• Track inventory movement and storage locations using company systems.
• Wrap, protect, and store all furnishings and equipment appropriately when not in use.
• Keep trucks, the warehouse, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Follow design plans to assist in staging setups and breakdowns on-site.
• Communicate clearly with team leads and managers about timing, logistics, or issues during transport or installation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in moving, delivery, warehouse operations, or home staging preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
• Comfortable driving box trucks and navigating residential neighborhoods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
