Tow Operator/Driver Cha Cha Express Towing Ruskin, FL Job Description Join a Mission-Driven Towing Team Serving Bradenton/Sarasota At Cha Cha Express Towing, we don’t just tow vehicles—we rescue people one service call at a time. As one of Florida’s largest AAA-only towing providers, we are looking for highly professional, safety-first, and service-oriented individuals to join our elite team of operators in Bradenton and Sarasota. Summary Operate a variety of trucks (flatbed & wheel-lift) to assist AAA Members with breakdowns, tows, winch-outs, tire changes, jump starts, and more. Deliver compassionate roadside support while ensuring top-tier safety and compliance. Maintain accurate digital records of each service provided. Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle diagnostics. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and AAA Members to ensure a seamless experience. Represent Cha Cha Express with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity—every call, every mile. Qualifications A valid Florida driver’s license (CDL not required but a plus). A clean driving record and solid driving habits. Prior towing or roadside assistance experience is preferred. Physical capability to handle roadside tasks in various conditions. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Background check required before hiring.
