Must take 3 minute personality assessment to be considered for this position https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/639V/CDLADriver_Jun2025_101742 Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A flatbed truck with manual transmission for local deliveries Load and unload building materials, ensuring proper handling and securement of loads Deliver materials to customer sites in a timely and professional manner Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs Follow all DOT and company safety regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch, yard teams, and customers Operate a forklift to assist with job site unloading Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance Assist with general yard or warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications At least 1 year CDL Class A experience Oversized load experience is a plus Forklift experience preferred Knowledge of lumber and building supplies helpful Ability to load and unload trucks; carry at least 60 pounds Valid driver’s license with a verifiable safe driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Great attitude and ability to work well with others About Our Company With over 500 employees RoMac Building Supply is one of Florida’s premier residential and commercial building material suppliers.
