The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recovery of vehicles in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires a strong mechanical background, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to operate various types of recovery equipment. Agent must have E/EE license. Must have a clean MVR. At least 26 years old. Experience with LPR systems and general industry knowledge is a +++ Responsibilities Safely recover vehicles using tow trucks (self loader), ensuring minimal damage to vehicles during the recovery process. Operate LPR camera system while performing recovery operations. Manage conflicts professionally with vehicle owners or clients during recovery operations. Maintain accurate records of recovered vehicles, including documentation of any damages or issues encountered. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination during recovery operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing recovery tasks. Experience Familiarity with manual transmission systems and mechanical knowledge is essential. Experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial driving equipment is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively. Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field is a plus.
