Our work environment includes Growth opportunities The Vending Route Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver and stock vending products, collect money, and provide excellent customer service. This role ensures all vending machines are well-stocked, clean, and in proper working order. Follow a daily route schedule to visit each location on time. Maintain an organized and efficient route to maximize productivity. Load and unload products from the vehicle. Refill vending machines with snacks, beverages, and other items according to company standards. Ensure vending machines are clean, functioning properly, and stocked neatly. Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team. Collect cash and coins from vending machines and ensure they are securely transported back to the company. Maintain accurate records of collections and product inventory. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns promptly and effectively. Monitor product inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure all products are rotated according to expiration dates. Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and state/federal regulations regarding food handling and vehicle operation. Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service, delivery, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and troubleshooting of vending machines. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Full-time, with potential for overtime as needed. Early morning starts ar required.
