Full Job Description Yard Technician Location:

Palmetto, FL Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Pay Rate:

$20•24/hr, paid weekly Now hiring a Yard Technician to support mobile office trailer maintenance, forklift operation, and general yard duties. Key Responsibilities Clean and repair units (sweeping, flooring, drywall, lighting, locks, paint, windows, minor welding/electrical) Inspect and tag units (ready-to-rent or needs repair) Maintain organized, safe yard space Operate forklift to move/load/unload units Perform occasional field repairs on customer sites Complete job logs and other tasks as assigned Tools Used Hand/power tools, mop, paint supplies, welder, forklift, computer Qualifications 0-2 years’ general labor or repair experience High school diploma or GED Welding experience preferred HVAC Certification preferred Valid driver’s license Bear Staffing (contract): Health, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA, 401(k) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND06
