For this position you MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish) driver with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to join our team! Do not apply if you do not speak fluently both
ENGLISH & SPANISH.
You will use both languages extensively in this position throughout your shift.
Responsibilities Include:
✔️Observe & guide seamless flow of operations (pickup-delivery) at Customer distribution yard. ✔️ Local deliveries & staging trailers at customer facilities ✔️ Organizing the yard and ensuring efficient operations ✔️ Moving equipment such as trucks and trailers ✔️ Training and mentoring drivers on Customer & DOT safety standards ✔️ Collaborating with multiple departments to support operations
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Operationally Experienced CDL Class A Driver with strong Communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Deep knowledge of DOT regulations is also expected. ✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish)
