Dental, Medical, Paid Time Off, Retirement, Vision We are seeking a responsible Class B CDL Truck Driver/Smash Operator to join our Smash My Trash team! You will be responsible for safely operating our trucks, which are outfitted with a 3-ton rolling drum on a boom that you operate to SMASH the contents of open-top waste containers (dumpsters), requiring your ability to operate the equipment at each customer’s facility. Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service as the face of the company. Safely operate a 25,000-pound Kenworth T270 truck. Skillfully control hydraulic equipment to compact waste. Use a smartphone app to track routes and log activities. Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections and document findings. Report any mechanical issues or incidents to dispatch. Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance on the truck and equipment. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
(Do Not Apply Unless You Meet These Requirements) Valid Class B CDL license. Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required. Must pass a 5-year background check. Strong job history demonstrating reliability. Proficient with smartphones and mobile apps for tracking work activities. Ability to operate hydraulic machinery. Diesel mechanic or hydraulic system experience is a plus.
