57th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while assisting with various tasks that support daily operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and materials as needed throughout the facility. Operate commercial vehicles, including dump trucks and tractor-trailers, for transportation of goods. Support paratransit services by ensuring vehicles are ready for operation and properly maintained. Conduct inspections on heavy haul equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient route driving for deliveries. Provide assistance in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring proper handling of materials. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and service schedules. Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operation and maintenance is advantageous. Experience in moving, delivery driving, or school bus driving is a plus. Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
