The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, groundskeeping, and hardscaping, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute groundskeeping tasks, including weeding, mulching, and planting. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety. Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees. Assist in hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize mechanical equipment for digging and other landscape tasks. Ensure proper care of tools and equipment used in landscape maintenance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. must have own equipment Experience Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization and pest control. Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
