Our CDL Route Representative, will be trained on one our our existing routes from Hallandale Beach Boulevard to Key West. Our operating office is in the Kendall area of Miami and we have 9 ESTABLISHED routes that sell our product. We also have a specific route manager assigned to service the Florida Keys and all the way to Key West.

Requirements:

Has a CDL class A or B Proven customer service track record Professional, outgoing and approachable Fosters teamwork by example Strong Communication skills Detail oriented Plans and organizes

• Lays out game plan in a logical and orderly sequence. Establishes and follows through on priorities. Results oriented
• Is intent upon achieving practical results. Concentrates attention on making things happen. Communicates clear goals, expectations, feedback and addresses performance problems and issues promptly. Customer Focused Initiative
• Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked to or required by the situation.

Must speak English and Spanish Must be physically fit

Responsibilities:

Maintain contact with dealers to obtain feedback about quality of service. Help load, unload, and count truck inventory Motivate each team member to look for new ways to generate profit at every stop. Create/maintain a culture of shared ideas, open communication, and an attitude of “how can we get it done” within the team. Be able to effectively multi-task (this is a fast-paced environment)
