Reach Truck Operator Job Description We are seeking a highly flexible Reach Truck Operator to join our team. This role requires operating a Reach Truck forklift in a storage cooler with temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees. The position involves picking orders and staging within the facility, with regular work hours from 5AM to 6PM, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Responsibilities Operate Reach Truck forklift in a minus 20 degree storage cooler. Pick orders accurately and efficiently. Stage items for distribution. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Essential Skills Proven experience as a forklift operator, specifically with Reach Trucks. Ability to work in cold temperatures of minus 20 degrees. Proficiency in using Crown Reach Trucks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Fluency in English or Spanish; bilingual is a plus. The front area maintains a temperature of 40 to 45 degrees, while the back area operates at minus 20 degrees, where Reach Truck Operators spend most of their day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medley, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00/hr.
