Job Description Are you a skilled Reach Truck Operator looking for a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual with the flexibility to work a variable schedule. Regular hours range from 5 AM to 3 PM, with significant overtime required. This role involves operating a Reach Truck forklift in a minus 20-degree storage cooler, picking orders, and staging products. Responsibilities Operate Reach Truck forklift in a minus 20-degree storage cooler Pick orders accurately and efficiently Stage products for distribution Maintain safety standards and proper use of equipment Essential Skills Experience operating Reach Truck forklifts Proficiency with Crown forklifts Ability to handle cold temperatures of minus 20 degrees Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Why Work Here? The environment is fast-paced, especially during the peak season from July to November. Safety is a priority, and all employees must wear steel-toed boots and appropriate gear for the cold temperatures inside.
