Key Responsibilities:
Towing & Recovery:
Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to and from various locations.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Vehicle Safety:
Ensure that vehicles are properly secured and transported to avoid damage.
Dispatch Coordination:
Work closely with dispatch to receive job assignments and provide timely updates.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (Class A or B CDL preferred).
- Tow truck driving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy objects as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
