Responsibilities Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently. Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring minimal damage. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in distress. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed. Perform routine maintenance on towing equipment and vehicles. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely responses to calls. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Experience operating tow trucks or similar vehicles preferred. Knowledge of manual transmission operation is advantageous.. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
