What you’ll be doing:

• Use your truck to transport trash bags collected from residents’doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community(no large or bulk items, and no offsite driving or dumping)
• Takerequired photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance)using our company’s App during service
• Enjoy working close to homeas we serve multiple apartment communities, aiming to assign you toa property within a 10-15 minute drive

Schedule:

• Typicallyscheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm,although hours and days may vary by property
• Shifts are 2-4 hourslong, with some positions potentially having earlier start/endtimes, and Sundays may require additional hours
• This is apart-time position offering 10-15+ hours per weekWhat you get:
• Hourly pay: Starting at $17 an hour with a Pickup truck or vehiclehauling a trailer
• Associates with a pickup truck or vehicle usinga trailer will receive the higher end of our pay range tocompensate for the use of their vehicle

• Minimum age requirement: 18years old
• A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with atrailer
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in yourname (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle
• Capable ofadapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changingweather conditions
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing upto 50 lbs.
• Able to walk the distance of property, and be exposedto disagreeable odors
• Capability to climb up and downstaircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
• Ownershipof a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app
• Noprior experience is necessary; we provide hands-on, paid trainingfrom day oneSafety statement:
