Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to AAA dispatch calls Provide services such as battery jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, and minor mechanical assistance Accurately complete paperwork or digital reports on each service call Maintain professional customer service standards and AAA brand representation Follow safety protocols and drive safely at all times

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old (AAA requirement for drivers) Previous experience in roadside assistance, automotive repair, or towing preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and outdoors in all weather conditions Must be available for evening shifts , including weekends or holidays if needed
