Dental, Medical, Paid Time Off, Retirement,Vision We are seeking a responsible Class B CDL Truck Driver/SmashOperator to join our Smash My Trash team! You will be responsiblefor safely operating our trucks, which are outfitted with a 3-tonrolling drum on a boom that you operate to SMASH the contents ofopen-top waste containers (dumpsters), requiring your ability tooperate the equipment at each customer’s facility. Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service as the face of thecompany. Safely operate a 25,000-pound Kenworth T270 truck. Skillfully control hydraulic equipment to compactwaste. Use a smartphone app to track routes and logactivities. Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections and documentfindings. Report any mechanical issues or incidents to dispatch. Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance on the truckand equipment. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong workethic.
Qualifications:
(Do Not Apply Unless You Meet TheseRequirements) Valid Class B CDL license. Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required. Must pass a 5-year background check. Strong job history demonstrating reliability. Proficient with smartphones and mobile apps for tracking workactivities. Ability to operate hydraulic machinery. Diesel mechanic or hydraulic system experience is a plus.
