Due to growth, we are looking for a Driver o work out of the Tampa/ St. Pete, FL location. The Driver will primarily be responsible for completing deliveries for jobs and will be supporting to Warehouse when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship orders, receive inbound, inventory put away, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing. Complete deliveries in the tri-state area via fourteen-foot or sixteen-foot box trucks, as required. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method. Assist in counting of physical inventory. Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards. Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments. Performs other related duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required. Maintain a clean driving record and class: D (standard) driver license. Working knowledge of computers. Experience with forklift operations. Capable of physical labor (lifting, moving inventory, etc.). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Highly flexible and a strong colleague. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to grasp an understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.

Work Environment & Hazards:

Most of this job operates in a general warehouse environment. Risk of injury from heavy equipment.

Special Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to drive a box truck for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift up-to twenty-five pounds at times.
