Driver Harbor Balmoral Management, LLC Palm Harbor, FL 34684 Safely transports residents on routine scheduled shopping excursions, appointments, Life Enrichment activities, and other outings. Essential Functions Observes safety regulations and requirements at all times Schedules routine preventative maintenance for vehicles and keeps vehivles in good repair at all times Maintains the cleanliness of the vahicles, inside and out Assists in gathering residents before and during outings and ensures the safety of the resident at all times Keeps records and schedules of individual resident requests Calculates group trip costs, obtains charge paperwork from residents and forwards billing to the Business Office Manager Records mileage and maintains vehicle log Tracks gas purches and submits bills to Dir. of Maintenance or supervisor as directed Maintains First Aid Kit Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Dir. Of Maintenance and/or Dir. of Life Enrichment Exhibits a curteous, helpful demeanor at all tiems to provide attentiveness and respect to our residents and team members Helps to ensure that all residents and passengers are safely buckled in their seats when transporting Understands protocol in reporting accdients and incidents to proper authorities when necessary Understands that talking or texting and using personal music devices while driving is prohibited

Non-Essential Functions:

Leads by example exhibiting the CORE Values through servant leadership Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens Attends required community meetings and participates in Life Enrichment activities when able Completes all required courses in adherence with Relias learning Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis Becomes familiar and understands how to report a missing person using the Safe Return program or equivalent All associates are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all community residents

Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
