⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Full-Time Landscape Foreman & Driver (St. Petersburg) Berman’s Botanicals compensation: Depends on experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Full-Time Landscape Crew Lead/Driver Landscaping company hiring for full-time landscape crew lead.
MUST HAVES
- Ability to LEAD a 2-3 man team to complete landscaping jobs of varying sizes/difficulties
- Foreman experience and be able to work outdoors in all conditions.
- Reliable transportation. Shop is located in Pinellas Park.
- Clean Florida drivers license
- Experience driving a truck & trailer.
- Experience with irrigation repair is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a small crew on landscaping projects (installations, cleanups, mulching, trimming, etc.)
- Track and record job status on user-friendly CRM software
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe job site
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of landscaping or crew lead experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
