$21.50 / Hr employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Grapple Truck Driver We are seeking a dedicated Grapple Truck Driver to join our team. This position requires you know how to operate and maintain the grapple crane as well as the heavy truck, which requires a Class B CDL. We are a land development company operating out of Haines City, FL. We clear land and do dirt work for homebuilders which requires the movement of Loaders & Excavators on a trailer with heavy duty pickup trucks. A CDL Class B & Grapple/Crane experience is required, compensation will vary depending on this experience. Responsibilities
- Safely drive a heavy duty Grapple Truck loaded with up to 70 yards of debris/waste.
- Experience with operating Grapple Truck attachment is required.
- Load and unload of trash & trees.
- Follow specific routes and work schedules provided by project superintendents.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck.
- Adhere to company rules and regulations. Experience
- Prior experience as a heavy truck driver is required.
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations.
- 3 Years of experience with Class B CDL License.
- Minimum of 1 year of Grappe Truck Experience.
