DESCRIPTION

Lipari Foods has an opening for a supervisor position This position will provide a first point of contact for drivers based out of this specific region. Covers Tampa, Ft Myers, Tallahassee, Tifton GA and possibly more when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBLITES

Helping drivers with day to day issues Conducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concerns Aiding in the recruiting / hiring process Covering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openings Accurately logging PO’s, call offs, and pay issues Navigate and handle any customer issues that might arise Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness Communicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenance
