The ideal candidate must be skilled in driving both and possess knowledge of operating commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers and tools stored in the trailer. This position requires a professional attitude, the ability to interact respectfully and clearly with clients, and strict adherence to safety protocols— absolutely no texting while driving . Due to our work on government properties and with high-expectation residential clients, background checks are mandatory , and only applicants with a clean record will be considered. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, consistent, and able to take direction without needing constant supervision. The work is the same each day—only the location changes—so reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to accept constructive feedback are essential.
