Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Lead Mover / Driver to join the crew at Happy 2 Help Moving. If you take pride in doing quality work, enjoy staying active, and know your way around a moving truck, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who’s professional, punctual, and knows how to lead a team by example.

What You’ll Do:

Drive 16-26 ft moving trucks safely and confidently (no CDL required) Oversee moves from start to finish and keep jobs running smoothly Communicate clearly with customers and represent the brand with professionalism Load, wrap, and transport furniture and boxes with care and efficiency Lead a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure top-notch service Keep trucks clean, organized, and well-maintained

What We’re Looking For:

Clean driving record (we check!) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Professional, respectful, and customer-friendly attitude Physically capable — lifting, carrying, and being on your feet is part of the job Leadership skills — you’re confident managing a team and making decisions Presentable appearance (uniform provided) and strong communication skills Experience driving box trucks or moving professionally is a major plus
