Job Summary:
Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Banquet Driver to join our team. As a Banquet Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage items to various outlets within our picturesque resort. THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE ROLE.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently transport food and beverage items to various outlets within the resort, including restaurants, banquets, and catering events.
Maintain ananized and clean delivery vehicle.
Collaborate with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Assist with loading and unloading food and equipment.
Uphold safety standards while driving and handling items.
Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality when interacting with team members and guests.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds.
Drive and operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
Navigate the resort’s various outlets to make deliveries.
Bend, stoop, and reach frequently to load and unload items.
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a driver in a similar capacity is a plus.
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management andanizational skills.
A positive and team-oriented attitude.
Kledge of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is beneficial. EOE M/D/F/V
