We are a growing company seekingdedicated route drivers to join our team! There is no need to begone over night or for extended periods. We will have you workingdaily serving our customers in the greater Cartersville / BartowCounty, GA areas. With more than 80 locations, Blossman Gas is thelargest independent propane company in America. Our CDL Route Salesprofessionals are responsible for the safe, timely delivery ofpropane on established routes to commercial and residentialcustomers. This is a great position for someone who has priorpropane delivery or route sales experience and would enjoy drivinglocally. Our company has an established teamwork culture, so weseek someone motivated and desiring to grow professionally overtime. To be successful, this position needs someone who enjoyscustomer service, relationship selling, and being a contributingmember of teamwork environment while championing Blossman’s coreline of products and services. Driving and delivering inall-weather conditions is needed but most days are executed inpleasant N GA area weather. A strong commitment to safety,consistent with company policy, is a must but we have ongoingeducation to help you. Regular bending, lifting and pulling areassociated with this job but most jobs are more than sitting at adesk. This position will require a valid CDL with hazmat and tankerendorsements within 90 days of hire, so a clean driving record isneeded. We can help you with this process which will help you withyour career path with us. Pay will depend on prior propane or routesales experience but we will come up with a competitive pay rate tomeet your needs relative to experience. Mid-$50K compensation withthe opportunity to make more for a motivated person. Acomprehensive benefits package and achievable bonus opportunitiesare included.
