The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Whether you have experience in Paratransit, school bus driving, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver, we welcome your application. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of vehicles including vans, shuttles, and limousines. Maintain the vehicle in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and addressing any inquiries. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption as required. Qualifications Must have vehicle for use. Must have appropriate (commercial) insurance. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in driving roles such as van driver, delivery driver, or shuttle driver is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure or during challenging situations. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
