The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and specifications. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and effectively (training may be provided). Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists to ensure correct fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
