Tallo's Job Summary: Local CDL A Drivers are urgently needed in Savannah, GA by CPC Logistics. The compensation for this job is $26.50 per hour with overtime after 8 hours. Drivers can expect a weekly minimum guarantee of 40x hourly rate, averaging $1400 a week. Benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance, become available after 30 days. This role requires a valid Class A CDL license, 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience, a stable work history, a TWIC card, HAZMAT endorsement (within 30 days of hire), and experience driving in inclement weather conditions. Drivers will be moving containers to and from the Port of Savannah, drayage yards to railyards in the Savannah area, or to other regional points and back. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with morning shifts starting from 6 am to 8 am. Home every day.

WHAT YOU NEED
?Valid Class A CDL License ? Ability to meet all DOT requirements ? 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience ? Stable work history within the past 3 years ? TWIC Card is required ? HAZMAT Endorsement ( required within 30 days of hire ) ? Experience driving in inclement weather conditions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHEN
? Drivers will be responsible for securing and moving containers to and from the Port of Savannah and/or drayage yards to railyards in the Savannah area and/or to Greer, SC, or other regional points and back. The driver schedule runs from Monday through Friday, starting from 6 am to 8 am. Drop and hook freight! Home Every Day! ?
