This is not a desk job — you’ll be lifting, loading, sorting, and interacting with customers on-site while also learning the ins and outs of all aspects of the busienss. Pay:

Responsibilities:
Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items. Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently according to company standards Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement. Potentially, drive and operate company vehicle. (No CDL needed. Training provided) Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role Safety-first mindset Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking. Be comfortable driving a box truck (no CDL required Must have and wear hard toe shoes while on the job If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and ready to help us “remove junk the green way, one lug at a time” we’d love to meet you.
