The Monitor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during transportation. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various situations effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving or monitoring roles, particularly in commercial transportation settings. Monitors must train to become Drivers Duties Supervise and assist passengers during loading and unloading processes to ensure safety. Maintain order and discipline among passengers throughout the journey. Communicate effectively with drivers to relay any passenger needs or concerns. Monitor passenger behavior and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a comfortable travel experience. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe for operation. Report any incidents or irregularities to management promptly. Assist with emergency procedures as necessary, ensuring passenger safety at all times.
