The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring CDL Drivers. This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Driver Recruiter will utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Recruiting Class A company drivers, Owner Operations, and Licensed Motor Carriers
- Locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
- Pre-screen potential applicants to ensure they meet DOT and Company standards
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
- Onboard applicants with a Complete DOT DQ file
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Schedule driver orientations and road tests
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Driver Recruitment Manager.
Other job-related duties as assigned Experience 3+ years of experience in driver recruiting. Experience with TenStreet is required. Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with diverse individuals.
