Full Job Description Class A CDL Drivers Home Weekends Dedicated Regional Freight Location:

$1,300 – $1,700 per week

Position Overview:
Home weekly — most drivers are home on weekends! Run dedicated freight within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Drivers will average 1,250 miles driven per week.
Starting pay:
$0.52 CPM + $32 per stop (4-5 stops per trailer) + $112 per trailer unloaded. Drivers average 3 trailers per week — top performers who hustle can move 4 trailers to earn $1,700+ weekly. Trailers are preloaded and ready to go.
Freight Details:
100% touch freight using rollerbins. Drivers do not unload the bins — store employees handle unloading. Drivers are responsible for rolling the bins into the store and returning empty rollerbins back to the truck. Drivers must bring empty containers back to the distribution center (Charlotte area).
Other Information:
Riders allowed but must stay inside the truck during unloading. No-touch unloading for drivers — just drop off and pick up bins.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Class A OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years (local driving does not qualify).
Accidents:
o No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 5 years — no exceptions. o No more than 2 non-DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years.
Violations:
o No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (warnings count as violations). o Only 1 violation may be considered if not reckless driving, speeding 20+ over, following too closely, or involved in a DOT recordable accident.
Drug & Alcohol Testing:
o Cannot have EVER failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test, even if a SAP program was completed.
Job Stability:
o No more than 2 jobs in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 3 years — no exceptions.
