OTR Truck Driver SkyFox Trucking Llc 7251 Maddox Road, Lithonia, GA 30058 Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate various routes while adhering to safety regulations. Duties Operate vehicles, including box trucks and vans, in a safe and responsible manner. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Deliver products to customers in a timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of items as needed during deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and management regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle used for deliveries. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with operating box trucks, vans, or similar vehicles. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime or weekend shifts.
